01What counts as one evaluation?+
One evaluation = one RFP package scored against one set of vendors. You can upload as many documents as you need for that package — RFP scope, vendor proposals, technical appendices, compliance attachments — and it still counts as a single evaluation. Re-running the same RFP with different scoring weights doesn't count as a new evaluation.
02Can I change my scoring weights?+
Yes. On Starter you get the six default criteria (Technical, HSE, Delivery, Pricing, Commercial, References) with a balanced weighting. On Professional and Enterprise you can tune weights per-project — drag sliders or paste values directly from your procurement policy. Enterprise customers can also define entirely custom evaluation frameworks (e.g. ESG-weighted, local-content-weighted).
03How is my data secured?+
Gatekeeper is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-compliant. All documents and evaluation outputs are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Documents are processed in isolated tenant environments and are never used to train shared models. Enterprise customers can choose data residency (EU, US, or APAC) and sign custom DPAs.
04Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes, instantly. Upgrade mid-cycle and we prorate the difference. Downgrade and the new tier takes effect at the next billing date — you keep full access until then. No cancellation fees. Archive retention adjusts with your plan, but you can always export everything to PDF, CSV, or JSON before a downgrade.
